At Outcast, we want you to feel as bold as our designs, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel are eligible for store credit only.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
